Only the "Call 119 now" card has a thick red border and red heading; the other advice sits in a grey box. It can be stacked, side by side, or boxless.

RuleThe urgent color is used only on the “call 119” side. No colored header band — weight comes from a heavy border and a large title.

“When to see a doctor”. Only the urgent card has red text and icon; everything else is black.

stack puts the urgent card on top and the grey "See a doctor" box below, both full width. split places them side by side on wide screens, so their heights differ. plain removes the boxes: just headings and lists, with only the urgent heading in red, separated by thin rules.

For the strongest alarm, the bordered stack or split works. plain is quietest and does not break the flow of the text. In this view, red appears only on the urgent card.
