A small "404 · Page not found" label, a large title, one line of explanation and a blue "Go home" button sit on the left. simple lists "New posts" below as ruled rows numbered 01, 02, 03. directory splits the lower part into two columns: "Find by topic" (topic names with post counts) on the left and "New posts" on the right.

It is a calm screen that shows a lost reader where to go next. Use directory for sites with several topics and simple to keep it short.

This pack sets the 404 page left-aligned instead of centring it.
